From 27 July to 1 August 2026, Indigenous Peoples and local communities will participate in the Twenty-eighth meeting of the Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), to be held in Nairobi, Kenya.

The International Indigenous Forum on Biodiversity (IIFB) will support and coordinate their engagement.
